How we work

Five stages. Every one carries a milestone.

The fear we retire

A delivery process that lives inside a sales deck, then evaporates on site.

The engagement model below is what every client is held to — and what holds us. It exists in the contract, it is reported against quarterly, and it is what we are willing to publish.

How we work

Five stages. Every one carries a milestone you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We arrive having already read your operator's brand book and your architectural intent. The first meeting is a working session, not a pitch.

    You get
A read of the brand standard, a delivery-risk register, and a shortlist of comparable projects.
    We need
Operator standards, current architectural package, programme dates.
    Milestone
    Shared risk register signed off
  2. 02

    Specification & standards

Equipment list resolved against the brand standard. Specification lands inside your BIM and M&E packages, not as a parallel brief.

    You get
Spec sheets, BIM models, M&E coordination drawings.
    We need
    Architect's package, contractor's preliminaries.
    Milestone
    Spec lock-up
  3. 03

    Delivery plan

An install plan integrated with the contractor's critical path, with schedule risk surfaced inside the first design week, not on launch week.

    You get
Integrated delivery schedule, contingency plan, parts staging.
    We need
    Updated programme, site-access protocols.
    Milestone
    Programme integration
  4. 04

    Install

Phased install around your sequence. For operating sites, zoned overnight work; for new-build, integrated handover.

    You get
Daily install log, condition reports, snag-list working tracker.
    We need
Site access, services live, condition handover.
    Milestone
    Snag-list close-out
  5. 05

    Asset-life support

Service contract activated from day one. Named technician listed in your operations manual. Quarterly evidence to facilities.

    You get
Maintenance regime, parts inventory, quarterly report, refresh plan.
    We need
PPM access windows, operator escalation protocols.
    Milestone
    First quarterly review delivered
