Brief
A flagship resort needed to bring its wellness floor up to a refreshed brand standard during peak season, with no guest-facing closure permitted, and pass the operator’s audit at hand-back.
Approach
A zoned, overnight refurbishment plan was agreed at concept and held to the day. We staged equipment delivery against the operator’s housekeeping window, replaced the floor in three sections over twelve consecutive nights, and installed a published response protocol with named technicians on call from week one.
What we would do differently
We would build a single shared site-condition channel between operator, contractor and ourselves at engagement start. We tightened that for every operator refurbishment we have run since.
We refurbished a high-occupancy wellness floor without losing a single day of operating hours. The schedule was real, the parts were here, the technicians were ours by name. The audit was the cleanest we have had in five years.

The amenity that was meant to anchor the development's marketing was three months from launch with no equipment partner under contract and the brand standard unresolved.

A private client wanted a hotel-grade wellness room indistinguishable from the architecture of the house — and a service relationship the household staff would carry, not the client.
