About IWC

Seventeen years is not a slogan. It is the evidence.

The fear we retire

A long history that adds up to nothing the buyer can name, count, or feel.

On this page, time is not the claim — time is the mechanism. The reference base, the renewed partnerships, the published failure-prevention. The mistakes a developer is terrified of making once, we have already absorbed.

Illustrative — final asset pending validation
Tenure, as consequence

Seventeen years is not a slogan. It is the evidence that the risk has already been retired.

01  ·  Seventeen years operating
Vietnam's entire modern hospitality build-out — including the conditions a new supplier has never been tested by — has happened on our watch.
02  ·  Two decades of installs
The integration mistake you are worried about, we already made — once, years ago — and built the process that prevents it.
03  ·  Renewed brand exclusivities
Principal brands renew with partners who do not fail them locally. Ours has held for over a decade.
04  ·  Accumulated reference base
Whatever your project type, the closest analogue is something we have already delivered, with the metrics to forward.
05  ·  Institutional memory
Your team turns over. Our knowledge of your building does not.
06  ·  Documented prevention
A published common-failure list is our authority — candour, not adjectives.
Leadership

Roles, not names.

We name roles, not individuals — to keep proof falsifiable rather than personal, and to keep the company's record portable across the team that holds it.

    Since 2008

    Founder & Chief Executive

    Strategy, principal relationships, leadership.

    Since 2011

    Chief Delivery Officer

Project delivery, operator relationships, install standards.

    Since 2013

    Head of Service

SLA performance, parts inventory, technician network.

    Since 2017

    Head of Academy

    NASM curriculum, faculty, partner-institution programmes.

What we have learned

Authority through candour.

A list we publish because transparency raises credibility — and because the buyer's trust is built faster by what we admit than by what we claim.

  1. 01

    Engagement that arrives at concept

Wellness amenity briefs that arrive at tender stage cost the project programme. We now insist on a structural pre-read at concept on every branded-residence engagement.

  2. 02

    Single shared site-condition channel

Operator, contractor and partner needed a single ground-truth on site condition. We tightened that into our delivery standard after a Danang refurbishment.

  3. 03

    Acoustic pre-read on residential

After a private residence delivered cleanly but with avoidable acoustic remediation, we added an acoustic pre-read to every residential standard.

  4. 04

    Parts held in-country, not airfreight

The first published 4-hour metro SLA only held because we had moved the parts inventory locally. The opposite would have failed publicly.
